How and why Malabar was created. I am Darwin Santa Maria. I love food and I love to make good food. I am the chef / owner of Selva Grill Restaurant. My partner and owner of Malabar, Nicole Pirozzolo and I want to influence your daily routine of where to go for lunch and dinner. Salads and Peruvian Sandwiches are no longer an occasional culinary adventure, but a part of daily life. That's why We are bringing to the table a healthy and fresh alternative that is designed specifically for your tastes and appetite.
